Materials & Metallurgy

We use premium alloy steels (such as 35MnB, 40Mn2, and 40Cr) to produce track links, pins, and bushings, ensuring superior strength, wear resistance, and impact durability.

1. Track Link: Forged from high-tensile steel and heat-treated to HRC 48–52 for dense structure and high fracture resistance.
2. Track Pin & Bushing: Made from high-carbon alloy steel, surface carburized and quenched to achieve a hardened wear layer up to 1.5mm.

Precision Engineering Process

1. Forged Structure: Links are forged as one piece to eliminate risks of porosity or cracking common in cast components.
2. Comprehensive Heat Treatment: Includes tempering, induction hardening, and carburizing to reinforce wear-critical areas.
3. CNC Machining: All pin holes and joint surfaces are CNC-machined for precise tolerances and optimal fit during operation.

1. Pin-bushing assemblies pass 150+ hours of continuous abrasion testing
2. Link assembly undergoes torque tension inspection to prevent loosening
